I was looking for firmware T-CHE6AUSC 1012.0 for my LN40B640, I couldn't find it on Samsung's site. It looks like they only provide links to the most recent firmware. I did manage to find http://www.userdrivers.com/BIOS/Samsung-LN40B610A5F-LN46B610A5F-LN52B610A5F-TV-Firmware-Update-1012-0. It had links to the firmware I was looking for and lots of other firmware direct from Samsung. Hopefully this might save someone else the time I spent looking for it.
